Patrick Marks
Founder
Patrick started out in the industry in 1991 with only one stretch limousine.Patrick has watched his company grow from a local company with one stretch to an international corporation with a diversified fleet. his extensive knowledge and experience of the industry has been instumental in the training and developement of his staff.
Andy Poulos
President & CEO
Andy's career began as a chauffeur in 1998 and by mid 1999 he had been ask to become a partner in the company. Andy quickly learned all facets of the limousine industry. His involvement in industry associations and trade shows has helped elevate his ability to play a major role in business development. he strives to maintain close relationships with clients to better understand and anticipate their needs. Andy's knowledge and experience have also been instumental in the training and developement of the staff
CHAUFFEURS
MTL Limousines Worldwide chauffeurs are carefully screened and professionally trained. Before driving their first passenger, they are required to successfully complete a professional training course that includes pre-trip inspections, safe driving techniques, emergency procedures, client relations, and grooming. Each chauffeur is required to regularly undergo criminal background and DMV checks.
Our fleet operations manager conducts routine meetings to discuss specific driving habits and client relations skills. Customer surveys, incident reports, and staff reviews are also maintained for each chauffeur. Only chauffeurs with a history of safe driving and exceptional service remain a part of the MTL Limousines Worldwide team.
RESERVATION STAFF
Like our chauffeurs, the MTL Limousines Worldwide reservation staff has a strong reputation for being the best in the business. The team is responsible for far more than just taking reservations. They listen and offer solutions to each client, always ensuring that every need is met professionally and efficiently.
OPERATIONS
Proper maintenance is vital to providing our clients reliable and safe ground transportation. The MTL Limousines Worldwide operations team has comprehensive experience in fleet/equipment maintenance. Inspection logs are completed daily, and by utilizing state-of-the-art communication equipment, they work in conjunction with our chauffeurs in providing problem-free service.
